Victor Gijsbers' Attack-Erweiterung ist dort z.B. nicht eingetragen, denn sie steht unter der GPL.

Liest deine Nichte auch "EULA" & Co. von nicht offener Software? Nein? Dann besteht doch kein Unterschied!

D.h. streng genommen besteht schon einer: "EULAs" usw. regeln ueblicherweise allerlei Einschränkungen fuer Benutzer/Spieler. CC, GPL usw. kennen fuer diese Zielgruppe ueblicherweise keine Einschraenkungen. Als Spieler bist du also in jedem Fall besser dran.
